These are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have questions that are not listed here please feel free to ask us!



What areas do you travel to?

Right now, we are located in Detroit, MI but we do travel and will be expanding to other cities soon.                                      

Where can I host my experience?

You can host your experience anywhere in the metro Detroit areas. Our Signature Park for Outdoor Experiences is Riverside Park in Southwest Detroit.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Our spaces fill up fast and we recommend that you book as early as possible. We require at least one week for bookings if the requested date is available. 

Will you stay during my experience?

No. We do not stay on site during your experience. You are required to remain with your set-up the entire time. However, if you need us during your experience or if you need to leave early you can text us and we will arrive within 20 minutes. 

What if it rains on the day of my event?

We make rescheduling easy! If it rains on the day of your experience, we will work with you to reschedule your event to a different day or move your experience to an indoor location of your choice. We recommend that you book the bubble tent as an add-on or have a backup indoor plan in mind if you do not wish to reschedule for weather. We will contact you by the day before if weather conditions do not appear to be favorable. 

What is your Deposit/Refund Policy?

A $150 deposit is required when you book and the balance is due 72 hours prior to your event. If you cancel your experience seven days or more before the scheduled event, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than a week prior to your event for any reason, you will not receive a refund, however, we are happy to reschedule your setup at a later date.

What if I wanted a Set-up not listed on your site? 

It doesn't matter what you're celebrating! We have a package just for you. If you don't see what you are looking for below, please send us an email to info@thewrexperience.com for a custom quote.
